Elon Musk has stepped in to foot the bill for 4,000 mini pies after his firm cancelled an order at the last minute.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Giving Pies bakery in San Francisco was left $2,000 (\u00a31,500) out of pocket when Tesla backed out just before delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

But when the small business took to social media to complain, Mr Musk said he would stump up the dough.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He even had Tesla place a new order – but the bakery said it was now so flooded with business from well-wishers it was too busy to take it on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“It’s incredible, I’m blown away,” Voahangy Rasetarinera, the owner of the San Jose bakery, told NBC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
