The BBC has approached it for further comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Customers have taken to social media to express their frustration at their smartwatches not working properly and what many see as the company&#8217;s slow response. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\" class=\"ssrcss-uf6wea-RichTextComponentWrapper ep2nwvo0\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-7uxr49-RichTextContainer e5tfeyi1\">\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Garmin has offered a potential solution to the problem, involving resetting the device and connecting to a Garmin app.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">But it concedes that this alone may not solve the problem, and in that case it is advising people to factory reset their device.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Some people on social media have claimed that even after a factory reset, they are unable to get their smartwatch to function properly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;Their instructions don&#8217;t fix it and Garmin are silent,&#8221; one person said in a post on X.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">And Absolute Radio DJ Leona Graham is one of the people to share their frustrations online, along with footage of the blue triangle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"social-block\" class=\"ssrcss-1l5yt4e-ComponentWrapper-SocialComponentWrapper ehp21060\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-1cfn5j5-NoJSWrapper e154qsm6\">\n<div class=\"ssrcss-21lnor-NoJSMessageContainer e154qsm5\">This Twitter post cannot be displayed in your browser.
